A suicide attack at the Ministry of Urban Development and Housing left one dead and three injured

Sources report an explosion at the Ministry of Urban Development and Housing, which is controlled by the Taliban, in Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan. The Taliban’s Ministry of Urban Development and Housing has described the attack as a suicide bombing and announced that one person was killed and three others were injured.

Mohammad Kamal Afghan, spokesman for the Ministry of Urban Development and Housing, told Tolo News that a suicide bomber was killed by security forces at the entrance gate of the Ministry of Urban Development this morning, Thursday, February 13, while attempting to enter.

According to Mr. Afghan, as a result of this explosion, one person was killed and three others were injured.

No individual or group has claimed responsibility for the attack so far.

This attack comes after a suicide bomber targeted Taliban forces in the city of Kunduz on Monday, February 11, while they were receiving their salaries. According to the Taliban police spokesman in Kunduz, five people were killed and seven others were injured as a result.

Some local sources reported that the number of casualties in this incident was 18.
